Yes, we would be glad to welcome you for a complimentary site visit and a comprehensive tour around the resort. Whether it is a wedding, retreat or other programs, we will help you from the beginning until the end to make it a successful event.
At check-in, guests are required to present valid government-issued identification (passport, driver’s license, ID card) along with a valid major credit card. This helps us confirm your arrival, and helps protect our guests by assisting with our fraud prevention measures. At check-in, a MYR 250 pre-authorization will be processed on your card to cover any incidental purchases or similar expenses. Incidental purchases may include things like tours, excursions, gift shop purchases, and dining in our specialty restaurant. We understand that not all guests incur additional charges during their stay, but this process all assists the resort with fraud prevention. The pre-authorization is released at check-out, assuming you have not charged any purchases to your room.
Late check-out from your room can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability on the day of your departure. This can be arranged by the reception. Check-out time is before 11am.
Upgrades (based on availability) are included in some packages; otherwise, inquiries can be made at the reception of the hotel upon arrival. There is an extra fee per night for room upgrades, payable locally.
Our hotel room is the most convenient and high-end choice of accommodation with the English Colonial concept, making it a truly memorable experience to our guests. As for bungalows and the other room categories, we instill the feel of living in a serene western country. The wonderful day and night view and the ambience of our resort are not to be missed.
Extra bed may be requested, subject to availability and types of room at the rate of MYR 30 per bed, per night, payable locally at the resort.
Disabled room is only available at the hotel. If you are in Plot 2, you can request for ground floor rooms at Dutch Bungalow. However, some areas and facilities at the resort may not be accessible to disabled person. Please notify us if there is any disabled person coming.

Hairdryer, ironing board and iron are available in hotel suites room. For other room type, you can make a request and we will deliver it to your room.

Yes, we can provide shuttle to town and other places upon request with a fee. However, if you are going for Friday prayer, there is a free shuttle from our resort to go to the nearest local mosque.
We have a parking lot available for self parking without any charge. We are not liable for any loss and damage caused to your vehicle.

The tap water is not safe to drink directly. You need to boil it first or you can get a filtered water and bottled water at our café.
There is a great selection of local restaurants nearby and Tiram have one of the best local dish which is Murtabak. Please arrange your transportation at the reception as Taxi is not easily found.
No, we strictly disallow outside food at our resort. You might be penalized if you breach the rule.
We offer a wide variety of menu and dining choices, which include some vegetable and vegetarian dishes. However, our vegetable and vegetarian dishes may include ingredients that are not vegan, as we do not cater specifically to a vegan diet.

We do offer a wide variety of meal choices, which includes salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, and vegetarian options. If you come in a big group, we might be able to cater to your group food preference.
The resort is located in a tropical environment. Although the resort does employ a year round pest control service, the resort, its owners, employees, agents, insurers, and suppliers shall absolutely not be liable for any claim, injury or illness resulting from exposure to Zika virus, Chikungunya virus, or any other insect-borne virus or tropical illness whatsoever. The resort’s food and beverage outlets use wholesome ingredients, which may include peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, shellfish, shrimp, seafood, soy, milk, wheat, and other potential allergens. Due to the large scale of the resort’s food and beverage operations, the resort cannot guarantee that food items will not come in contact with potential allergens even if a particular food does not normally include such ingredients. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should be advised accordingly and take precautions. The resort is not able to accommodate individually tailored meals for specific guests based on their individual dietary needs.
